Emanuel Contract Leaflet

Emanuel workers are the lowest-paid in the Legacy system, which leads to high staff turnover and jeopardizes quality patient care. Workers at Good Sam, right across the river, have higher pay raises in the last three years than workers at Emanuel. Emanuel caregivers want a one-year contract so they can bargain together with fellow union members at Good Samaritan. This leaflet will involve SEIU members from Emanuel and Good Sam and is aimed at letting the public know about Legacy's unfair treatment.
