Dec 10, 2006 08:00 PM

Portland Association of Teachers

345 NE 8th, Portland

Dinner, Discussion, Action: it's time to seize the moment for union rights for workers. We will hear from workers engaged in struggles and discuss strategies.

It's International Human Rights Day!  Join workers, organizers, union and community members as we focus on the amazing opportunity we now have to win back collective bargaining rights for US workers.  We will hear from workers engaged in struggles, discuss strategies at the national, state and local levels, and plan next action steps.  Come eat dinner and engage in small group discussion with people who share a commitment to collective bargaining as a human right and public good.  Let's build the movement to win back our bargaining rights!
