Save Our Postal Service

A community action in support of postal workers and the essential service that they provide. 

Rally at Terry Schrunk  Plaza followed by a march to a post office, where massive amounts of post cards will be sent to the Postmaster General urging him to prevent post office closures and keep Saturday delivery.

Set up along the Rose Parade Route by 10am and have LOTS of FUN!!

Hillsboro Custodians, Supporters Rally to Save Jobs

School Board seeks privatized solution

(Hillsboro- 11/22/2005) -- Close to 75 custodians and supporters rallied Tuesday to call on the Hillsboro School Board to abandon its attempt to contract out their jobs. Singing Solidarity Forever and holding 56 candles representing workers whose jobs are at stake, the group gathered outside the district building as school board members arrived for their meeting.
