Take the profit out of saving lives!

Is there a movement building for single payer healthcare?  That seemed to be the consensus among folks I talked to at the single payer health care rally at the federal building.  At the same time I hear that today, President Obama signaled that he would be open to a no-public option health care reform legislation today.  Later I find out that another single payer rally is to being held tomorrow at the federal building organized by a completely different group of folks.  So what's going on?

The rally itself was great!  Lots of people, insightful speeches, an energetic march and final rally at Regence Blue Cross.
