Report finds anti-union practices commonplace at Providence Hospitals

After a hearing held in May 2006, the Workers' Rights Board Fair Election Oversight Commission issued a report determining that Providence Health & Services is involved in anit-union practices, including management interference and bullying tactics.  The result of such tactics have made it impossible for the workers of Providence to hold free and fair elections in deciding whether or not to form a union.
